River Rock Roasting Co., Bakery and Restaurant, sitting on the edge of a basalt canyon, carved deep by the Virgin River, offers a variety of fresh roasted coffee, espresso drinks, homemade baked goods, pizza, salads, sandwiches, and serves locally crafted beer. 

We strive to source our beans from fairly traded and environmentally sustainable farms and co-ops from around the world, and roast them to perfection, based on each varieties own unique characteristics, on our trusty old Diedrich 7 kilo roaster. Our baked goods are made from fresh ingredients, locally grown when available, baked from scratch daily. 

Quick and easy parking allows you to swing on in for a cup and a cinnamon roll or sandwich to take on your way to Zion National Park, or stay a while and enjoy some lively conversations and the breathtaking views that our back deck offers of the Virgin River canyon unfolding in front of you.
